REFUND & EXCHANGE REQUEST

We offer refund and/or exchange request within the first three (3) days from the delivery of your purchased articles, if three (3) days have passed since your delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation request only accepted before the booking courier in respect of articles no cancellation request accepted after shipment of the articles.
2. Transaction fee will be levied for the refund in case of cancellation of articles before the booking courier in respect of articles.

REFUND TIME LINE

1. If articles approved by our inspection team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 15 to 30 days from the date of refund request.
2. Refund will be credited within 7days in case payment was done through Google Pay/Phone Pay/Paytm/UPI/QR Code.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
5. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
6. Cancellation of order before the booking of courier in respect of articles.

EXCHANGES 

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the article delivered to you, send us an email at support@mycalkey.com  or WhatsApp us at +919278275758 (no calls) within 3 days of delivery with product photos and reason of exchange after evaluation by our team will assist you for exchange.

EXEMPT GOODS

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items

PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED 

Delivery charges will be adjusted from refund if customer has provided wrong address for articles delivery.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING

1. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent as per the instruction of company customer care executive.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

1. A product is returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received it in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from its description on the product detail on our page.
2. We will process a return only if:

• We determine that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
• The product is not different from what we shipped to you;
• You return the product in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

3. If you wish to return a clothing item that stores any personal information, ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the item before returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
4. Products may not be eligible for a return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect item or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
5. You cannot return products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page.
6. You do not require additional information to return an eligible order, unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.

FOR CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES

Three (3) Days Free Returns and Exchange

1. This item is eligible for a return within 3 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/color and credit your exchange wallet for further purchase.
2. Keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement. Non-Returnable Items like lingerie/socks/inner-wear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions.
3. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement if available of product sold.
4. We may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing refund/replacement.

EXCHANGE WALLET/ GIFT CREDIT

1. If consumer does not want to purchase the article immediately after exchange, then he/she can transfer eligible amount in the exchange wallet account.
2. No interest will be paid on exchange wallet and gift wallet.
3. The validity of exchange wallet/gift credit will be three (3) months.

PARTIAL PURCHASE FROM EXCHANGE VALUE

1. If customer partly used the exchange value the remaining amount will be transferred to exchange wallet with a validity period of three (3) month.

TAXATION

1. The refund of GST on purchase paid to the government will not be paid to the customer.

ARBITARATION

All disputes arising between the partners as to the interpretation, operation, or effect of any clause in this agreement, terms and conditions and privacy policy or any other difference arising between the parties, which cannot be mutually resolved, shall be referred to the arbitrator appointed by the both the parties (mycalkey.com or customer). The decision of such an arbitrator shall be binding on the partners

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall he governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the India without giving effect to its principle or rules of conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent court of Gautam Buddha Nagar District of Uttar Pradesh, and each of the parties hereby submits irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
